If for any reason you are not happy with your fan or cooling product, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return policy to make the process as easy as possible. 1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must not have been damaged due to improper use or installation.
Note: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us to confirm the return status of such products before making a return request.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the item.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Full Refund: If the item is returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
- Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of use or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
Note: Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or mistake by Windy Wonders.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and offer you a choice of either a full refund or a replacement product.
To expedite the process, please provide the following when reporting a damaged or defective product:
- Photos of the damage or defect

- A description of the issue
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. International Returns
