  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. This is our most economical shipping option for customers within the continental U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. This option is ideal if you need your products quickly.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer overnight shipping for deliveries within the U.S. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will be delivered the next business day.
  • International Shipping: Available for customers outside the U.S. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, typically between 7-14 business days. International shipping costs and import duties may vary.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are subject to factors such as shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, and holidays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates but will do our best to provide accurate estimates.


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, so you know exactly what to expect before finalizing your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.
  • Expedited and Overnight Shipping: Fees for expedited and overnight shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.

Note: For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, in some cases, it may take longer, especially during peak seasons or if items are temporarily out of stock.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If you are located outside of our standard shipping areas, please contact us at support@coolnovoprime.com to inquire about international shipping availability.

  • P.O. Box and APO/FPO: We accept orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
  • Undeliverable Addresses: We are not responsible for any undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

5. Delivery Issues and Missing Packages

We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time and without issues. However, if you experience any problems, please follow these guidelines:
